Child Safety Standards
Dor Dor Ltd, London, United Kingdom · Published 2 October 2026
Our standard
Dor Dor is for adults only. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualised content involving anyone under 18, and any attempt to meet, contact or sexually exploit a child, is prohibited everywhere in the service: photos, profile text and messages. There are no exceptions and no warnings. An account that breaks this rule is suspended at once.
How we keep children out
- You must be 18 or over to sign up. We ask for your date of birth, and once it is set it cannot be changed.
- Every photo is checked before anyone else can see it: it is matched against known child sexual abuse material (Microsoft PhotoDNA) and screened for apparent minors and other prohibited content. Profile text is screened too.
- Contact details and devices linked to a banned account are blocked from registering again.
How to report
In the app, open a profile or a conversation and choose Report, then pick the reason that fits. Reporting is anonymous: the other person is never told who reported them. You can also write to safety@dordorapp.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.
A person reads every report. We aim to act on every report within 24 hours.
What we do when we find it
- We suspend the account and sign it out of every device straight away, and we do not tell the account holder why.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material, and apparent grooming or enticement of a child, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we may also report to the UK National Crime Agency and other law enforcement, as the law requires.
- We preserve the material and the data connected with it for the period the law requires (at least one year), sealed away from the service, and we do not delete it while it is held.
- We block the person's contact details and device from signing up again, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests.
