Dor Dor

Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Dor Dor Ltd, London. These terms include the end-user licence clauses Apple requires for apps with user-generated content.

1. Who can use Dor Dor

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. One account per person. Dor Dor is built for Persians living outside Iran: we do not distribute the app in Iran, and sanctions law means we cannot take payments from, or offer paid features to, residents of Iran.

2. Your content and conduct

You own what you post and grant us a licence to show it to other users as the service requires. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: nudity, harassment, hate, threats, scams, impersonation, content involving minors, or soliciting money. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts at any time, and we act on reports within 24 hours. Blocked or banned users may appeal in the app.

3. Safety

We verify photos with a selfie check and review reported content, but we do not run background checks. Read our safety guidance. Never send money to someone you have not met.

4. Premium and purchases

Premium is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Boosts and double flashes are consumables. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies. Prices include applicable taxes.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings or at dordorapp.com/account/delete; deletion completes after a 14-day grace period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the law.

6. Liability

Dor Dor is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of users on or off the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

7. Changes and contact

We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect. Questions: legal@dordorapp.com. Governing law: England and Wales.
